New Tenant Leasing

Rental Rates: $325-$575.00/month

Our property starts pre-leasing apartments the middle of January each year for the fall semester. We offer a 12 month lease from August to August our leases typical begin at the middle of the month. We also have a 14 ½ month lease that starts the middle of May. Please call for more information.
