Dear Brown Heights Properties Residents,
We are pleased to announce that beginning June 13, 2022 all of our apartments currently under the management of Brown Heights Properties will be managed by the office of Holton Mountain Rentals. We are both family-owned businesses that have been in existence in the High Country since 1980. We are making this transfer of management in order to focus on other business ventures. We are confident that you will receive the same level of exemplary service with our friends at Holton Mountain Rentals.
Holton Mountain Rentals will be sending each of you a new rental application to complete and return immediately. The purpose of this application is to merge your information into their system. The email heading will read “Rental Application” and will be sent immediately. There will no longer be anyone in our office representing Brown Heights Apartments. Please direct any further communications to Office@HoltonMountainRentals.com or call their office at (828) 264-3644.
Your immediate attention to the requested Rental Application will expedite the transfer process with no additional fees. The agreements and services we have provided you in the past will continue on your current lease. We are thankful for your understanding and cooperation as we make this transfer in management.

Brown Heights Properties is conveniently located one mile from Appalachian State University on Hwy 105 Ext. We are a privately owned, long-term rental management company that provides safe, on-site management with full-time maintenance and a 24-hour emergency service. Our property management software allows for online tenant e-payment and maintenance service requests. Our 2 bedroom apartments start at $375 per person. We strive to make our property a secure, student-friendly environment. Rate ranges from $375-$600 a month, per person, for one and two-bedroom apartments.
*Brown Heights is not pet-friendly for any of their properties.
